Capacity!

We have been looking at capacity in Maths for the last few weeks, and how many millilitres (ml) and litres (l) different containers hold.
We estimated how many popcorn kernels would fit into different containers, and counted in 10s to check our estimates. Then we estimated how much more space the popped corn would take up. Half a cup of kernels filled half of a big ice cream tub! As we had been working so hard, we then ate some popcorn, yum!
